Programming
Programming is the manipulation of computer code in order to get
desired end user results. Almost all technology has some sort of
computer chip in them some where and that chip will almost certainly
have had some programming done to it at some point. Programming
is big business with many businesses and corporations having software
specially coded for there needs. A good example of this is the military
and medical sectors. Financial businesses often use specialist databases
and spreadsheets that have been coded specially for them. Market
research and customer services often have data correlation software
with scripts for the employee coded for them and programmers usually
work continuously on projects like this to update any code according
to the consumers wishes as and when. Phones, calculators, TVs, DVD
players etc have all had some programming done to them. One of the
major areas of programming, and the most lucrative has to be games
design. A good programmer works efficiently and doesn’t clog the
system with redundant code. It is often very worth while to have
programs designed specifically for your needs, as this can save
time, energy, effort and thus money in the long run. Specifically
designed programs usually require less system memory to run, as
they only involve the most important processes and even save you
upgrading your hardware.
